As we seek to evolve and discover more and be more of who we truly are, we need to learn how to increase our awareness and raise our consciousness, which enables our vibration to rise to a higher level, allowing us to move more deeply into the Light. In essence, this involves identifying and letting go of lower-vibrational energies, whether they be emotions, energy blocks, patterns inherited into this lifetime, energies we have attracted to us over time, or wounds we harbour due to past events. In so doing, we allow ourselves to reconnect with the highest version of ourselves, bringing about greater Light and moving towards wholeness and inner peace.

These Energy Healing treatments combine 2 elements that are designed to support you in this process. Ascension Reiki is a pure, soft and gentle energy system that accesses the healing energy of the higher realms and goes deeply into issues and blocks. Alongside this, Energy Healing techniques that call upon divine assistance to clear the lower-vibrational energies, as described above, and transform them into the Light can be used to address any challenging energies or issues that arise.

Reiki is a form of hands-on healing, whereby energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands, which are placed on the body of the client, lying down, fully-clothed. Heat may be felt from the practitioner’s hands or other sensations, such as tingling, as energy shifts. Issues that are ready to be addressed may come into the awareness during the treatment, often perceived as a feeling of heaviness somewhere in the body. Once brought to attention, this can be cleared, leaving the client feeling lighter, more connected, relaxed and with greater peace.

Energy Healing sessions are suitable for all ages and can be used alongside other complementary therapies and conventional treatment. They are also available distance, so are not limited by location.

Since qualifying as a Health Kinesiologist, Sue's thirst for learning and self-growth continued, leading her to discover Shabdan’s work and to personally work with him on a regular basis.

It was Shabdan who brought Ascension Reiki forward after it was channelled to him back in 1998 and he went on to develop further courses, techniques and energy healing tools, which Sue has been incorporating into her kinesiology sessions, where appropriate, since qualifying as a Towards Mastership Practitioner with Shabdan in 2010.
